1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Leon's Roofing website at leons-roofing.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Services

Leon's Roofing provides roofing debris removal and hauling services in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area, including but not limited to:

• Roofing debris removal and hauling from job sites
• Single-layer tearoff cleanup and disposal
• Double-layer tearoff cleanup and disposal
• Magnetic nail sweep services
• Construction debris removal
• Disposal receipt documentation for insurance and record purposes

Leon's Roofing does not perform roofing installation, roof replacement, roof repairs, or any roofing construction work. We are a debris removal and hauling service only.

Our Site also provides a contractor quote request system and a referral program for industry professionals.

3. Use of the Website

Permitted Use. You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit false information in quote or referral requests
• Use automated systems without prior written permission

4. Quote Requests

Our online quote tool provides preliminary pricing based on information you provide, including job address, square count, and layer count. Please note:

• Not a Binding Contract. Quotes are estimates based on information you submit. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins at the job site.
• Accuracy. Quote accuracy depends on the information you provide. Inaccurate square or layer counts may result in price adjustments, which will be communicated before work starts.
• No Obligation. Requesting a quote does not obligate you to hire us, nor does it obligate us to provide services.
• Double Layer Confirmation. Layer count is confirmed on arrival. If the actual layer count differs from what was submitted, we will contact you to confirm pricing before proceeding.
• Response Time. We aim to respond to quote requests within 24 hours on business days.

5. Pricing

Current pricing for roofing debris removal is as follows:

• 1 Layer: $50 per square
• 2 Layers: $90 per square
• 3 Layers: $130 per square

Layer count is confirmed on arrival. If the actual layer count differs from what was submitted at time of quote, we will contact you before proceeding to confirm the adjusted price.

Pricing includes debris removal, loading, hauling, proper disposal, magnetic nail sweep, and a disposal receipt. Pricing does not include hazardous material handling. We do not service properties with suspected asbestos-containing materials (typically homes built before 1980). If asbestos is suspected, the job will not proceed and the client will be notified immediately.

Pricing is subject to change. The rate confirmed at time of service scheduling applies.

6. Referral Program

Program Overview. Our referral program allows roofing contractors and industry professionals to earn $50 for every completed job by a contractor they refer to Leon's Roofing.

Eligibility. To participate, you must:

• Be a roofing contractor, general contractor, or industry professional operating in the Milwaukee area
• Refer a contractor who has not previously used Leon's Roofing services
• Comply with all program rules

Reward Structure.

• Earn $50 cash for each completed job by a referred contractor
• Referred contractor must complete and pay for a job in full
• Payouts processed monthly
• Valid tax information may be required for payouts

Prohibited Activities.

• Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals
• Spam or unsolicited referral submissions
• Misrepresenting our services or pricing
• Using misleading or deceptive marketing

We reserve the right to disqualify referrals and forfeit unpaid rewards if you violate program terms.

7. Service Agreements

Actual debris removal services are governed by a separate service agreement or work order confirmed at time of scheduling. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and quote request system only. Specific service terms, pricing confirmations, payment schedules, and timelines will be detailed in your service confirmation.

8. Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at time of service scheduling. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in service suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software — is the property of Leon's Roofing or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Website Disclaimer. Our Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information.

Service Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leon's Roofing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Property Damage. We carry general liability insurance. Any claim for property damage must be reported before we leave the job site. Claims reported after our departure are subject to review.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leon's Roofing, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

12. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

13. Third-Party Service Providers

To process your quote request, Leon's Roofing may share your submitted information — including name, phone number, email, and job site address — with third-party service providers who assist us with website operation, scheduling, and communication. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your information for their own marketing purposes.

Leon's Roofing is not a party to any transaction or agreement between you and any third-party service provider. This consent is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving a quote from Leon's Roofing.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
